Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability

Suspended accounts will not be able to access any platform services until the investigation is concluded.
21700 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, system delays, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any implied warranties.
Users may request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 21700 support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in place. Accounts that show no login activity or transactions over an extended period may be classified as inactive. 21700 reserves the right to impose an administrative fee or take other action on inactive accounts in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
